The Bavarian set to offer winter platters – including chicken schnitzels, sausages and pork

A German-style restaurant is set to unveil giant platters of chicken schnitzels – complete with pretzels, creamy mash and mushroom sauce.

The Bavarian will offer the $59 Schnitzel Celebration Platter showcasing a trio of golden-crumbed cheesy chicken parmigiana, garlic and parmesan chicken schnitzel and a traditional Jagerschnitzel with mushroom sauce, served with crispy fries.

The new menu item, built for big appetites, is among five new winter platters, set to launch at all of its restaurants across Australia and New Zealand from Thursday, June 10 until Wednesday, September 1.

The protein-packed platters are a ‘feast of uttermost proportions for cold winter souls’ that’s designed for two hungry diners to share or even a small family.
